Best Acne face wash that will help my skin?

I have been looking for a face wash that has salicylic acid.
I have used Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash and it has done nothing for me.
My skin type is oily.
I’m looking for the Types Of Acne washes that are sold locally maybe at a Vons, Pavillions or CVS, nothing really online.
Also I have some acne scabs when they bled. Would the recommended wash also stop the scabs?

Salicilic acid makes my skin break out more than anything so I wouldn’t recommend that.
I use skin ID…and I told a friend about it and now his face is clearing up from it too.
