How do I get rid of or at least control the Acne on my face?

I have a lot of blackheads on my nose and chin and some blackheads on my cheeks and forehead. Also I have a lot of little bumps all over my forehead. Sometimes I get humongous Pimples on my face and back that take forever to heal. My forehead is oily because of my bangs and the rest of my face is dry. I know as a teenager that I’ll have acne on my face,chest and back, but that doesn’t mean I want it.
What’s the best treatment?
Right now I’m using Noxzema Long Lasting Micro bead Cleanser, but it doesn’t work and for a moisturizer I use Avalon Organics Vitamin C Oil-Free moisturizer which I love.
There are a few things I should mention:
1. I’m really poor
2. I don’t shop at Walmart
3. I’m not going to buy proactive
4. I would like to use a water soluble cleaner, not facial wipes or pads
5. I don’t have insurance so I’m not going to go to a dermatologist
6. I’m a pretty healthy eater and I drink lots of water

Nutregena Oil Free Acne Wash….worked for me !!!
and i also dont use moisturizer, caz it doesnt work for me, makes my face oily and worse…….i had acne for 2 years but ever since i started using Nutregena it’s going away…..hope it helps
